Microsoft released cumulative update KB4499167 (OS Build 17134.765) for Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803) and Windows Server 2016 (1803) in the framework of the May Tuesday patches.
Microsoft has released cumulative update package KB4499167 for Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018 Update) based on x86, x64 (amd64), ARM64, and Windows Server 2016 (1803) processors for x64-based systems.
Installation via Windows Update
Cumulative update KB4499167 for PC is installed automatically through Windows Update. To check, go to Settings> Update and Security and click Check for Updates. To complete the installation, you will need to restart the computer. After the upgrade, the Windows 10 build number will change to 17134.765.

Provides protections against a new subclass of speculative execution side-channel vulnerabilities, known as Microarchitectural Data Sampling, for 64-Bit (x64) versions of Windows (CVE-2018-11091, CVE-2018-12126, CVE-2018-12127, CVE-2018-12130). Use the registry settings as described in the Windows Client and Windows Server articles. (These registry settings are enabled by default for Windows Client OS editions, but disabled by default for Windows Server OS editions).
