The Intel Graphics Driver update version 220.127.116.1190 (DCH) for Windows 10 64-bit provides optimal gaming experience for Layers of Fear 2 and offers performance improvements.
Intel has announced the availability of a new Intel Graphics Drivers driver version 18.104.22.16890, compatible with Windows 10 May 2019 Update, which comes with optimizations for Layers of Fear 2, stability and security improvements, as well as enhanced support for DP-VGA and HDR panel adapters and monitors.
The developers have eliminated the crashes and hangs of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, fixed the picture violations in the Creo View 5.1 (OpenGL) application and prevented the appearance of graphic anomalies in Rust (Vulkan) and Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 (DX12).
Moreover, new drivers improve performance in DirectX 12 games and 3D applications with the inclusion of conservative morphological smoothing technology (CMAA).

As for compatibility, the new version of the driver package 22.214.171.12490 (DCH) is available only for 64-bit Windows 10 systems running managed processors. Save and run the installation file, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
