Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18351.1 (19h1_release) is a new build of Windows 10 (version 1903), which is available to members of the Windows Insider program with the priority of receiving updates Early Access.
This assembly belongs to the development branch 19H1_RELEASE of the next major update Windows 10 19H1, which is expected in spring (March-April) of 2019.
The Microsoft team is approaching the final stage of the 19H1 development cycle, when the main forces of developers will be thrown at fixing known errors and improving the stability of the new version.

Developers, if you install any of the latest “Early Access” builds and then switch to the “Late Access” channel – additional content, such as turning on developer mode, will not work. To add / install / enable optional content, you need to stay on the Early Access channel. This is due to the fact that additional content will be installed only in assemblies approved for a particular update channel.
