Download Windows 10 ISO build 18351 (1903,19H1), improvements and fixes

A new test build is available for Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18351, version 1903 (19H1), designed for members of the Windows Insider program with update priority Early Access.

Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18351.1 (19h1_release) is a new build of Windows 10 (version 1903), which is available to members of the Windows Insider program with the priority of receiving updates Early Access.

This assembly belongs to the development branch 19H1_RELEASE of the next major update Windows 10 19H1, which is expected in spring (March-April) of 2019.

The Microsoft team is approaching the final stage of the 19H1 development cycle, when the main forces of developers will be thrown at fixing known errors and improving the stability of the new version.

As usual, the pre-build at this stage of testing does not receive new features, but includes a list of known bugs and fixes.

Major changes, improvements and bug fixes

Fixed a problem with recent builds, which could lead to a lack of monitors in the built-in color management application.
Fixed a bug that caused Explorer.exe to fall on some insiders when updating the contents of the jump list.
Fixed an issue where some devices unexpectedly hung for 30 seconds before re-entering a PIN code was available after it was entered incorrectly on the lock screen.
Fixed an issue where the time shown on the watch in the sandbox of the Windows Sandbox might not match the system time.
Fixed an issue that caused new Emoji 12s to appear as rectangles in some XAML text fields.
Fixed an issue where text scaling options were not saved when updating Win32 applications.
Due to problems with the reliability of reading the on-screen speaker when the function “Changing the way the text is spoken in upper-case letters” was turned on, this function, starting from this assembly, was turned off.
Fixed an issue where the color of the mouse pointer could be mistakenly changing to white after logging out and re-entering the system.

Known Issues

Running games that use anti-cheat programs can lead to a “green screen of death” (GSOD).
Microsoft continues to work with Creative to solve the problem of working with Creative X-Fi sound cards.

Some Realtek SD card readers may not work correctly.

An issue is being studied that prevents VMware from installing or updating Windows Insider Preview assemblies. Hyper-V virtualization is a worthy alternative if it is available to you.
Developers, if you install any of the latest “Early Access” builds and then switch to the “Late Access” channel – additional content, such as turning on developer mode, will not work. To add / install / enable optional content, you need to stay on the Early Access channel. This is due to the fact that additional content will be installed only in assemblies approved for a particular update channel.

Installation via Windows Update

Go to Settings > Update and Security and click Check for Updates. To complete the installation, you will need to restart the computer.
