Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18346.1 (19h1_release) is a new build of Windows 10 (version 1903), which is available to members of the Windows Insider program with the priority of receiving updates Early Access.
This assembly belongs to the development branch 19H1_RELEASE of the next major update Windows 10 19H1, which is expected in spring (March-April) of 2019.

Fixed an issue that caused the Bluetooth headset audio driver to hang.
Fixed an issue that prevented some Insiders from accessing the “Quests” section in the Feedback Center.
Fixed an issue that could cause the Parameters application to crash if you clicked “Specify the parameters of a participant in the presetting program” in the “Prerequisite Windows Assessment Program” section.
An issue where the PowerShell .GetType method unexpectedly returned the error “out-lineoutput: The method or operation is not implemented” has been fixed.
Fixed a bug due to which in some languages, if you pressed the WIN + V combination before including the clipboard history, the clipboard history interface was cut off.
Fixed a problem with the new keyboard Adlam, because of which it was impossible to type some words.
Fixed an issue that caused the touch keyboard to automatically switch to uppercase when typing Vietnamese in some applications.
Fixed a problem when, with the included “friendly dates” in some languages (for example, Japanese and Chinese), the wrong name of the day was displayed to insiders.
Fixed a bug due to which in the notification area on the taskbar suddenly appeared idle family safety icon.
Fixed an issue where the text in the search box on the taskbar became unreadable (black on a black background).
Fixed an issue that caused the Start menu to freeze when using Narrator while navigating through docked folders in the Start menu.
Running games that use anti-cheat programs can lead to a “green screen of death” (GSOD).
Microsoft continues to work with Creative to quickly solve the problem of working with Creative X-Fi sound cards.
The dark theme of Windows still contains a number of flaws, but some of the errors reported by users have been fixed.
For the display calibration feature, there may be no monitors in the built-in color management application. To get around this, use the Settings app to select a color profile on the display settings page.
Some Realtek SD card readers may not work correctly.
In the Windows sandbox, if you try to go to the Announcement settings, the Settings application crashes with an error.

Developers, if you install any of the latest “Early Access” builds and then switch to “Late Access” – additional content, such as turning on developer mode, will not work. To add / install / enable optional content, you need to stay on the Early Access channel.
