Building Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18356.21 (19H1) with the update KB4496796 was made available to members of the Windows Insider program on the Slow Ring channel.
New in Windows 10 build 18356 (version 1903)
Display of the screen of the Android-smartphone on the PC
Applications “Your phone” received a new feature – the phone screen. Now you can display the screen of your Android-smartphone directly on the monitor of your PC. New feature provides easy access to phone applications on the computer.
This feature will be gradually distributed to insiders in 19H1 assemblies. It may appear in the application “Your phone” (version 1.0.20701.0 and higher) within a few days.
You can use your phone application on any Windows 10 PC running Windows 1803 (RS4) or higher, or on any Android phone running version 7.0 or later. But the new screen display feature of the phone is initially compatible only with a limited set of devices. Surface Go will be the first device in the Surface lineup to pre-test this feature. Microsoft will continue to expand the list of devices for both PCs and smartphones over time.
Requirements for the operation of the screen function of the smartphone
Android smartphones * running Android 7.0 and higher (* Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8 + / S9 / S9 +).
Windows 10 PC with Bluetooth supporting low-power peripheral.
The latest build of Windows 10 Insider Preview (19H1) (build 18335 and higher is recommended).
An Android smartphone must be turned on within the Bluetooth range of the computer and connected to the same network as the computer.
